Modelling, Simulation and Testing of automotive perception sensors
Sim4CAMSens is a CCAV funded project working on methods to quantify and simulate camera, radar and lidar sensor performance under all conditions.

Claytex will exhibit at the AutoSens Europe 2024
Claytex will exhibit at the AutoSens Europe 2024, where the AutoSens community will untie at the Palau de Congressos in Barcelona to shape the future of ADAS and AV.
Carl Anthony, Managing Editor of ‘AutoVision News’, spoke to Mike Dempsey, Managing Director of Claytex, ahead of AutoSens Europe 2024. They discussed the second phase of the Sim4CAMSens project as further testing was carried out at an airfield where 15 sensors were mounted on the static rig.

Sim4CAMSens promises to deliver a ‘step change in synthetic training data generation’ – proposing a new framework for sensor testing and simulation credibility. It will play a key role in ensuring AV safety assurance, providing real-world validation required by regulators and peace of mind for drivers, passengers and pedestrians.
Meet with the Claytex engineering team at booth #327 to learn more about the latest test results and sensor development for autonomous vehicles.
